If there’s one recurring theme during the school holidays (aside from swimming), it’s craft. Glitter, glue, stickers, stamps, feathers, wool and sequins. Bark, leaves, dirt and seeds. You name it, it’s fair game.
Today has been a perfect craft day. It’s hot outside. The a/c is on in here keeping us cool. Soon now the shade will start coming over the pool and we’ll be in for a swim. These fair complexions we have just can’t handle the midday sun.
Erin was making a wind chime out of newspaper, paddle pop sticks and glue. It’s in the drying stage now. Assembly is next.
